Darryl has over 30 years experience in the planning and development industry, including some 25 years service in NSW Local Government, of which 10 years was as Manager of Subdivisions at Tweed Shire Council.

His expertise and experience in Statutory and Strategic planning and coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary teams for major development projects for both corporate and government clients is extensive.

Darryl’s wealth of knowledge of local, state and federal planning systems and associated legislation has made him a sought after expert witness in the Land and Environment Court.

Highly regarded for his mediation and dispute resolution skills Darryl prides himself on being able to produce and deliver complying development applications which result in environmentally sustainable, marketable, innovative and cost effective developments for his clients and the community alike.

    Brad has over 10 years experience as a consulting town planner operating both NSW and QLD.

    He has broad expertise in providing key services such as preparation of development application, development advice, project co-ordination and expert evidence in court hearings as well as statutory and strategic planning services to our private and public sector clients.

    Sandra has worked in the private sector for some 27 years and has extensive experience and knowledge in accounting systems, office and business management for a wide variety of business types. Together with her husband Darryl Anderson, Sandra established Darryl Anderson Consulting Pty Ltd in 2000. Sandra’s philosophy is excellent customer service and satisfaction and prides herself on the firm’s excellent reputation for delivering to clients.

    Jennifer holds a wealth of knowledge and experience both in the public and private sectors and some 34 years in building, manufacturing, education and development industries in secretarial and personal assistant roles. PA to the Director Darryl Anderson, Jennifer joined DAC in 2003 and is highly regarded by our clients. Jenny can assist in all aspects of document and report preparation, scheduling of meetings and appointments, co-ordination and liaison with consultants and general enquiries.
